山東昆侖橡塑有限公司成立于2009年，專業(yè)從事各類工程橡塑制品的研發(fā)、生產和銷售。
我公司位于中國超高分子量聚乙烯產業(yè)集聚區(qū)-山東省德州，擁有3家工廠，24000平方米的生產面積，12臺液壓燒結機，6條片材擠出線，10臺數(shù)控加工中心，18臺龍門銑床，檢測設備等。
我們的產品范圍涵蓋UHMWPE（超高分子量聚乙烯）板材、棒材及機加工件、鋪路板、護舷貼面板、支腿墊板、碼頭保險杠、輸送機刮板、鏈條導軌、緩沖床緩沖條、耐磨條和襯板、仿真冰板、冰球場圍欄、曲棍球射擊墊、曲棍球訓練墊、PE板、PP板、絕緣支架、套管端部密封套等。所有產品均符合ISO9001，廣泛應用于電力、港口 、采礦、煤炭、造紙、紡織、體育、食品、醫(yī)藥、過濾和化工等行業(yè)。

Shandong Kunlun Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 which is specialized in research, development, production and sales of various engineering rubber and plastic products.
Our company is located in China UHMWPE industrial cluster-Dezhou, Shandong province, which has 3 factories, 24000 square meters of production area,12 hydraulic sinter-pressing machines, 6 sheet extrusion Lines,10 CNC machining centers,18 gantry milling machines, inspection equipment and etc.
Our product range covers UHMWPE (Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene)sheets, rods and machining parts, ground protection mats, marine fender panels, outrigger pads, dock bumpers, drag flights, guide rails, impact bar, wear-resistant strips and liners, synthetic ice rink tiles, ice rink dasher boards, hockey shooting pads, hockey training pads, PE sheets, PP sheets, casing spacer, casing end seal and etc. All products ensure compliance with ISO9001, and widely used in electric power, ports, mining, coal, paper, textile, sports, food, medicine, filtering and chemical industry and etc.

The improvement of product quality and production efficiency is closely related to technology and equipment. XX is a screening media production enterprise in China that purchases and introduces advanced technology and equipment from North America and Europe to achieve automated production of self-cleaning screens. XX invests heavily in Product development, equipment renovation and technology upgrading every year. In 2016, we reached a strategic cooperation with XXXX University to establish a graduate practice base and a Polymer engineering research center in the factory.
