MATERIAL: Virgin Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) polyethylene is white. Reprocessed UHMW polyethylene is black. Static reduced UHMW is black. UHMW has a thickness tolerance of +/- 10%.
STYLE: Drag conveyor flights are fabricated to original manufacturer’s design. Cut edges are square unless otherwise noted.
CUSTOM FLIGHTS: Non-standard flights can be custom fabricated to your specifications. Please send print or sample for fabrication of flight.
TEMPERATURE: -22o F to +180o F or -51o C to +82o C

UHMW-PE fender face pads (or sliding plates) are the best material available for fender panels which has very low friction coefficient, impact resistance, high abrasion resistance, UV and ozone resistance and allow the vessels to move smoothly past a fender system.
UHMW-PE is molded into plates at high pressure and available in many sizes and thicknesses. The raw plates can be cut, machined and drilled to suit any type of panel.Features:
Easy to install; Available in di?erent color and several quality grades; Does not rot, split or decay; Recyclable; Available in many other colors if required.
