      pe板材在生產(chǎn)制造時(shí)需要注意原料的選擇和施工工藝。
      pe板材的制造原料屬于惰性分子原料，原料的流動性差，這一點(diǎn)多少給pe板材的制造帶來了一點(diǎn)小麻煩，所以pe板材的制造原料的選擇很重要。為改變原材料流動性差造成的沖模困難，氣態(tài)物增加的問題，在選擇原材料時(shí)要選擇加入了一些潤滑劑的原料，潤滑劑的選擇主要有硬脂酸和鹽類。這樣生產(chǎn)出的pe板材材質(zhì)均勻，沒有氣泡。
      在施工手法上可以通過改善施工工藝來得到更加優(yōu)良的pe板材。主要的改善工藝方法有，把握好進(jìn)料的量的問題，事前計(jì)量好需要的料的多少，不要多料或缺料，對于pe板應(yīng)調(diào)較高的料量。更好采用高壓快速的注射方法來生產(chǎn)，這樣可以得到較好的板材。
