There are three types of molding processes for cast stones: solution casting, sintering, and hot direct sintering. At present, cast stone products have been widely used in industrial sectors such as building materials, chemicals, metallurgy, and mining. In some parts of many equipment, cast stone is an ideal substitute material for steel, iron, lead, rubber, wood, and other materials. It has high wear resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance that ordinary metals cannot achieve, and has advantages such as extending the equipment service cycle, reducing maintenance hours, improving production efficiency, and reducing product costs. Cast stone has been applied early in anti-corrosion engineering for decades. It has the characteristics of compact structure, low water absorption, high compressive strength, and good wear resistance. Almost all inorganic acids, organic acids, alkalis, salts, water, and organic solvents have good corrosion resistance. Cast stone is a brittle material with high hardness, but its disadvantage is that it is brittle and not easy to withstand the impact of heavy objects.
Scope of use:
1. Power generation industry: coal unloading ditches, coal hoppers, coal storage silos, dry coal grates, dump trucks, slag extractors, water treatment, etc.
2. Chemical industry: anti-corrosion flooring, pump foundations, etc.
3. Coal industry: wear-resistant lining boards in coal bunkers, gangue bunkers, medium ets, scraper machines, et elevators, chutes, screen funnels, etc.
4. Steel industry: blast furnace mixing silo, sintering silo, feeder, ball making machine, etc.
